Don’t Give Up

When I was a teenager, my family went through a lot of tragedy losing three family members in a very short period of time.  Somehow, during the burial part of these losses, my grandmother was moved from her original place in the cemetery to another location.

For the past 40 years, my sisters and I have been trying to find that place.  On a recent visit, we were given her exact location and we still couldn’t find her tombstone.  To make a long story short, she never had a marker or tombstone. This is still very hard for us to believe as she had two living sons at the time of her passing.

As you all know, cemeteries are very special places for me.  And finally, Alwyn Larrabee, your granddaughters did not give up.  You are still a special person to us.
